I've hit a limit on the amount of money I can send/receive. Can this be increased?

Each category of user has its own payment limits per week. If you are a pay-only user, you can increase your limits by verifying your identity.

If you are a business, please reach out to our customer service team at support@banq.com and we can look into increasing the limits that users are able to send to you.
